This silkscreen is the first print of this iconic image. A signed and dated edition of 250 copies (with margins) was published by Ives-Sillman, New Haven, the same year. The edition offered here, published by Multiples Inc, was printed in a very large, unsigned edition with the aim, in the spirit of the times, of making it widely available to collectors.
