Allan D'Arcangelo


American (b. 1930)
born Buffalo, NY

D'Arcangelo studied at the University of Buffalo, and The New School for Social Research, New York. He taught at the School of Visual Arts, New York from 1963 to 1968 and had his first one-man show in New York at Thibaut Gallery in 1965. D'Arcangelo exhibited later principally at Fischbach Gallery in New York, and the Duran Gallery in Los Angeles. He was an exhibitor in the 1963 group show "Mixed Media and Pop Art" at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo.
